I got my box of marshals when I was 12 or 13. Got my darkroom a few years
after that. This gave me the impression that when your print was dry it was
time to color them. After awhile I figured out the coloring was optional.
I did have a long time to stare the the tubes of color and sticks and swabs
before I ever got my enlarger. That will do something to you.
