The argument about the jitters in the order of picoseconds is total BS. The argument doesn't even take in consideration the impacts of the listener's own heart beat, movements of the air in the room, etc, which have an impact several orders of magnitude greater. The comparison of two photographs is also BS. The angles are different, and most likely, exposure settings are different. Distortion in the first example? Probably mostly from the difference in the perspective. Contrast? Differences in sensor characteristics and RAW->JPEG conversion. Just because you one sense a difference doesn't mean that the differences are caused by the factors one believes make the difference. The argument is hardly scientific, and hardly rises above the marketing-driven, non-scientific, subjective articles common in "audiophile" or other rags. Different tools for different purposes. There is no such thing as "best" Ugh.
