There are cosmetic differences such as slide out hood which you may or may not like but that's really about it. Get one in the condition you like for the price you can afford and that's about it. For my money, I'd spend it on the Nokton 1.1 for $900 since if you really need a Nocti, you can sell the Nokton and treat of any loss (if any) as lens rental / testing fee.
