NEVER believe the story for something that is up for sale. EVER. Assume that it is for sale (at the price quoted, or something less), its condition is unknown (even if it is in your hands) , it will need a CLA at least, and it may be stolen. It could be a big financial mistake to you as you get it working again...... Leica repairs are terribly $$$ and if you need a sensor replacement...... If it is a stolen M9, and it ever needs repair by Leica ( and it will), anywhere in the world, it realistically could be removed from you without reimbursement. Frank Filippone Red735i at earthlink.net It was sold in USA in october last year and found its way to Philippines where i can buy it. I will google the serialno asap when i get it. The seller was reluctant to give it to me but i said if no serialno no sale. Hope soon i will be the owner of a M9 and a Summicron M 28mm F2 0 ASPH.
