That lens in particular could stand a cleaning, since old optics tend to develop haze. The Summarit has a unique signature; maybe that is a euphemism for "worse performer", and the variation on condition for Summarits is very wide, from nice and free of haze, to downright foggy. At $1200, the kit should be very very clean, close to mint. Check ebay for recent pricing.
