They are built like a tank and have a wonderfully
bright focusing screen
The only thing that speaks against one is the metering
battery.
Either get the electronics adjusted for the replacement
battery for the Mercury cell it needs, use a Wein cell
or buy an MR9 adapter.
I have an SL2, and SL2 "50-Jahre"and an SL2 Mot, and I
love 'em all to bits.
The weight, sound and feel of an SL2 Mot with its motor
is an experience in itself.:-)
