I assume the Panasonic body 'knows' that a 25mm Summilux is mounted and in order to enhance the captured image will do some data manipulation, even in RAW mode, before writing to the memory card. How would this affect overall image quality if the lens is used on, say, an Olympus MFT body where the camera may not 'know' that a Summilux is mounted? Also are any MFT users using adapted four-thirds lenses on their MFT bodies? If so please comment on AF speed and compatibility. Olympus made a very tempting 50 macro for the original FT system that has no direct equivalent in the MFT system.
