exactly!
When the mail is sent in plain text the links in the first line won't  
show ... :-( :-(
HTML is fine.

But I have access to them from the replies ... better than nothing at  
all I guess.

I spent nearly two hours over the weekend and today to try and explain  
to the ISP technies that it is not done - they promised to report, and  
maybe fix the bug.
