IMO the history of the film formats was degradated in quality, 16mm was really great, 9,5mm a fantastic format with a great camera the "Pathe Baby" (I think remember), the 8mm was a very good format too, but I dislike the Super 8 and after this the video...., and final point for me... cheers Lluis El 15/10/2011, a las 2:36, H&ECummer escribi?: > >> Date: Fri, 14 Oct 2011 11:28:37 -0500 >> From: Sonny Carter <sonc.hegr at gmail.com> >> Subject: [Leica] RIP the movie camera >> To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> >> >> <http://www.salon.com/2011/10/13/r_i_p_the_movie_camera_1888_2011/singleton/ >> >> > >> *sigh* >> >> >> http://www.salon.com/2011/10/13/r_i_p_the_movie_camera_1888_2011/singleton/ >> >> >> -- >> Regards, >> >> Sonny >> http://sonc.com/look/ >> Natchitoches, Louisiana >> >> USA > > I saw "The Help" in Hong Kong last week - in a digital theater.
