David Alan Harvey was merciless :-) Basically, there's not a single one he
likes! (As he says, he is not holding any punches, as he is comparing our
work to the Greats).

On my defense, I was shooting totally opposite what I normally do: 21mm lens
@F8 to get the "F8 and be there effect," but of course in a crowd situation,
it just makes a mess.

OTOH, I think part of the problem is also that I was thinking, at least
subconsciously, that I am shooting for a cropped XPan ratio, and after
converting them to B&W and then cropping some (not as extreme as XPan), a
small number does improve.

Tonight I just shot with mainly a 35mm and a 50mm using more of my
traditional style. It takes forever to copy the 500+ pictures over to the
hard drive so not sure exactly how successful I am yet.
