Subject: [Leica] IMG: More Insects, New Approach

Some people all along got better results in macro using something like an
regular non macro 80-200 zoom maybe with a close up filter and then nikon
came out with both a 200 macro lens and then the first true macro zoom which
also I don't think anybody tried to take on. And you have to find used.
Except Sigma. But a standard classic 100 or 105 macro can often be too
short.. I see now as I look Canon makes a EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro to compete
with Nikons 200.
Oh the 200 is still made by nikon its the Telephoto AF Micro Nikkor 200mm
f/4.0D ED-IF Autofocus Lens for a grand and a half.

Sigma 150mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM APO Macro Lens for canon or nikon or others I
think.
They also make a 70-200mm f/2.8 II EX DG APO Macro HSM AF Lens for Canon EOS
or nikon or Pentax or Sony alpha
They also make I think the only wide angle macro anyone's ever heard of
the 24mm f/1.8 EX Aspherical DG DF Macro Autofocus Lens.

Its my guess these are very good lenes. Canon Nikon Quality. Not quite Leica
though I'm sure.
