The "buy it now" price isn't a real eBay BIN option, they're attempting to get you to contact them and arrange payment over email outside the eBay system. There were a spate of them, all big-ticket items (the white M8, a brace of Noctiluxes, etc) on the Aussie eBay site a week or two back, all from a seller with several thousand positive feedback who doesn't usually sell cameras... they disappeared a couple of days later, presumably after eBay were notified. Looks like someone's hacked some poor sellers' accounts, and Leicas have become the luxury items of choice for ripping off unwary buyers right at the moment. jv On Tue, Aug 2, 2011 at 11:02 AM, Tina Manley <images at comporium.net> wrote: > LUG: > > What's going on here? > > > http://cgi.ebay.com/Leica-M9-Black-Paint-Full-frame-Digital-Rangefinder-/26082 > > 8344192?pt=Other_MP3_Player_Accessories&hash=item3cba94af80#ht_3775wt_1003<http://cgi.ebay.com/Leica-M9-Black-Paint-Full-frame-Digital-Rangefinder-/260828344192?pt=Other_MP3_Player_Accessories&hash=item3cba94af80#ht_3775wt_1003> > > Buy it now price is $1300.
