Of course this is no different from calling out to Photoshop to do whatever one may need, but the Efex Pro doesn't work with my workflow. Besides, my B&W are scanned B&W negatives so I don't have needs to use the Efex B&W conversion. OTOH, the U control concept is pretty nifty, once you get used to it. I do know quite a number of LR users using it and highly recommends it.
