what i did in response to being pulled off the plane was decide to fly
inside the US in only first class.
no first class, no flight.
been two years now.

it's the safest place!
no one bothers you when taking photos.
in fact no one bothers you about anything.
generally your fellow passengers are educated and well-travelled.
and air marshals who actually know what they are doing.

once on alaska from boston to portland i was in seat 1D.
in seat 1A was a mullah, in full official thobe dress and headgear and long
beard.

seat 1A was the safest seat for him too!
no walter mitty-s to worry about.
