I recently asked some students who for them represented French songwriters best, and who they would recommend to other foreign students; they unanimously came up with Brassens. Even though as I told them it was their "parents' choice" they insisted that Brassens's careful poetic crafmanship was and still is what they consider best. Each of the songs is a slice of life in itself, piercing with a very human eye through people's souls. The song sounds innocent but goes deep into humanity well beyond the biases and prejudices of our times. Keep the good work coming :-) Amiti?s Philippe > > Steve > > >> Best, >> Bob >> Bob Adler >> Palo Alto, CA >> http://www.rgaphoto.com >> >> >> >> >> ________________________________ >> From: Steve Barbour <steve.barbour at gmail.com> >> To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> >> Sent: Mon, May 23, 2011 3:39:24 PM >> Subject: Re: [Leica] IMG: Practice Image (Bench of course...) >> >> >> On May 23, 2011, at 3:30 PM, Lluis Ripoll wrote: >> >>> Simply extraordinary Bob! and this is just your startint trials.... >>> >>> cheers >>> Lluis >>> >>> >>> El 23/05/2011, a las 3:49, Bob Adler escribi?: >>> >>>> Getting to know the new equipment.
