I used it for some years until I upgraded my OS to Snow Leopard, which has "Time Machine." Although a paranoid friend of mine won't use the latter, and still uses Carbon Copy Cloner, I concluded that Time Machine was inobtrusive and that the hourly recent backups could save my ass some day.
