The other one looks so surrealistic to me: what is this large pawed farmer with a cap doing there indoors when the nurses and doc are wearing hygiene clothes ... the mother's leg and the doctor's smiling grin add to this, it all looks straight out of a series. Fun shot indeed. Well done!
