[Leica] Government and school pensions

Half a million in Delhi once or twice a year. It is not so rare here,
sometimes you get upto I million protesting - usually farmers. You had a
"Million Man March" called in Hyderabad last week for creation of a new
state - and they managed only quarter million! You must remember we have the
population to make these sort of numbers relatively commonplace.
