The CAS (Camera Acquisition Syndrome) monster will appear and gnaw at your innards! (-: I have only one digital SLR over 4 years old - a Nikon D70, which I converted to IR 18 months ago rather than sell it for peanuts, but haven't taken it out for a spin yet. Surely there is a lesson in this? Must do so tomorrow. The other bodies I have been trading in every 2-3 years when there is some value left in the body. Thank heavens I shoot Nikon - if I were shooting Canon, I would have to do it every 6 months to capture residual value.
