I have stopped flying them, in general I find they have very bad service, both in the air and on the ground, and will stop at nothing to scrounge an extra buck off you! I will have to fly them again. I suppose, only if I go to the USA again. In the meantime I stick to Asian carriers - Singapore, Jet and Emirates for overseas travel, with an occasional European one thrown in.
