All that concentration, pain, and sympathy intermingled in the image takes any considerations of graininess, colour issues, etc and kicks them over the nearest fence. The picture has impact, and the colours - contrasting with what we in the west assume should be clinical white - just enhance the photograph. That says it will work in the show - well, for me anyway!
