[Leica] Incredible iPad app for photographers

A question for Ipad owners - how easy is it to read a book on the
Ipad, say, vis-a-vis the Kindle? The only reason I would buy these pad
gizmos is to take my reading matter with me in a compact way.
Otherwise, I have a Sony Z series laptop, which is both full featured
and weighs less than a netbook, plays the latest games and does
everything you want with it, so an Ipad for anything other than
reducing weight in carrying books does not make sense to me.
