It's the 1000 year anniversary of the founding of the city, Thang Long. I wish I could go. Lots of amazing photo opportunities to be had, I'm sure. Makes Philadelphia's 328 years seem pretty young in comparison. We don't celebrate our city's birthday either. We do riot in the streets when one of our big teams with championships though, so that's go to count for something.
