Hi Frank. Here are the results of my test:

Computer had Lightroom 2.4 installed. Running Vista 32 bit OS

Installed Lightroom 3.0 - Now had two functioning versions of Lightroom, 2.4
and 3.0

Installed Lightroom 3.2 update downloaded from Adobe - It replaced the 3.0
with 3.2, so still had only two functioning versions of Lightroom: 2. 4 and
3.2.

Checked the programs directory and the 3.0 folder was still there with only
one empty folder still included. Just deleted the 3.0 folder completely.

Not sure why you got the results you did. Is yours 32 bit or 64 bit, not
that I think that matters. I do not have a Vista 64 bit OS to test it on.

Aram
