The AMC Gremlin was a 70's-only car, it was produced for the model years 1970 to 1978. I remember in 1970, the Gremlin was all the talk of my classmates in the 3rd grade. You could drive one home then for around $1,850. If you threw in another $100 you got back seats and a hatchback.
