But climbed right up the face of mountains using their own climbing techniques the modern ones had not been invented yet... with these plates on their backs. And heavy wood tripods and 8x10 cameras. The big new thing now for first year photography students is to put the work of AA under question. This helps dissipate that kind of stuff. But mainly its the work itself of course not how it got there. -- Mark William Rabiner mark at rabinergroup.com > From: Tina Manley <images at comporium.net> > Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> > Date: Tue, 27 Jul 2010 08:53:52 -0400 > To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> > Subject: [Leica] Ansel Adams Photos Discovered > > LUG: > > This is interesting: > > http://www.cnn.com/2010/SHOWBIZ/07/27/ansel.adams.discovery/index.html?hpt=C1 > > <http://www.cnn.com/2010/SHOWBIZ/07/27/ansel.adams.discovery/index.html?hpt=C1 > >I > should go to more yard sales! > > Tina > > -- > Tina Manley, ASMP > www.tinamanley.com > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
