You would probably get maybe one exposure from the M8 battery in the R8/DMR. 
 Also connecting it would be a pain.  ;-)

last i heard they have found a company to make them. it will cost 250 for
each battery. i think i ma going to start using the hk m8 batteries in the
dmr. much cheaper!!
