Very early reports from two people elsewhere were that the link still went to an earlier version but they got serial numbers for a full (2.6) version or an upgrade price of I think $99. Personally I'm waiting a few weeks to see what happens (if policy changes) since I already paid for LR2 like a lot of people. No guarantees obviously and the LR2 plus upgrade seems like a good deal not to be complained about naturally. In my opinion the new features are very much worth it. The noise reduction and processing in ACR 6.1 (same as in LR3) make quite a difference to M8/9 files. For existing files you are given the option to use the older (2003) engine or the current and you can clearly see improvements immediately when you re-develop your existing files.
