He is probably largely unknown to 99% of the readers of this message, so here is a short bio: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dan_Tur?ll. I read his books when I was in high school in the 1970s, and I still read them today. This morning I made a pilgrimage to Vangede, a working-class suburb of Copenhagen where he was born and grew up, and which provided the raw material for one of his greatest books, "Vangede Billeder" (Vangede Pictures). In fact, part of the credit for this picture must go to my sister who spotted the scene and alerted me: http://www.greatpix.eu/Other/Picture-A-Day/4253606_netUM#849880165_yrAtF-O-LB Cheers, Nathan Nathan Wajsman Alicante, Spain http://www.frozenlight.eu http://www.greatpix.eu http://www.nathanfoto.com Books: http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/search?search=wajsman&x=0&y=0 PICTURE OF THE WEEK: http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws Image licensing: http://www.alamy.com/search-results.asp?qt=wajsman Blog: http://www.fotocycle.dk/blog
