It's simply a matter of how you post processed that image. You could have just as easily "warmed" that one. And I believe the same is true of the scan (unless you've actually matched a transparency). If you'd chosen to post process both the sensor image and the scanned image to have the skin tones identical we'd perhaps be able to evaluate how the other colors were rendered in relationship to the skin tone; But as others have said - too many variables (as presented).
