We still use it occasionally for light hauling, but mostly it just sits against the tree. I agree that the Summicron shot is in a class by its own, but I was surprised by the relative quality of the Panasonic 14-45 'kit' lens. If you didn't have the Summicron shot to compare it to I'd say it's not bad at all, especially for a kit zoom lens.
