Yes, the 18-55 VR, auto WB, jpeg, and I didn't do anything to it in  
PS, except some cropping.
It looks just right on my monitor.   I have used -.3 and -.7 in the  
past, but lately everything has been coming out fine without any  
compensation.
I often use the 50/1.4G on the D40X, but today I didn't have it with  
me.   This picture would have benefitted from throwing the background  
more out of focus.
