I'll look around for the right one. Anyone know the Kurasawa movie (with T. Mifune, set in samurai era, Kyoto I believe) where the key signal involves putting all the cherry blossoms in the little stream and having them float under a wall from one house's garden into the next, where they'll be seen? There's this amazing extended shot of all these blossoms floating along -- it's one of those Kurasawa black and white shots that makes you taste the color you know is there.
