We do Tai Chi, Taiko, started cycling, certainly within our range of BMI, and we eat a lot less than most Americans, just to maintain certain weight. Oh we enjoy good food, just eat a lot less. It's people's choice of course. Certainly I can't say everyone should do what we do.
