This whole thing is a bit of an inside joke because my girlfriend and her family LOVE polenta and they're constantly making it and their favorite version is some horrifying Russian village concoction of polenta with cottage cheese and sour cream layered on top. That's it. Period. Like something you eat before the next pogrom starts. It's scheduled for 8 but hurry up sometimes they're early. So -- as Don Rickles says -- I kid. With love. You look like a monkey sit down. Is that your wife? Etc.
