Some folks see this as some improved tools and I think admire the technology too. I am certainly in that group. Others have a more traditional mind-set and disapprove of the possibilities for image manipulation. Each is correct for themselves of course. As far as the Content Aware Filling, some may not be aware that it is an extension of a capability that Photoshop already has. That is Content Aware Scaling which allows for intelligent scaling of objects within an image. I could see the new feature being an absolute boon for people interested in stitching together panoramas while news reporters of course are not permitted to manipulate their images beyond whatever rules their organisations set.
