[Leica] Visoflex LTM to M?

I'll second that and recommend a Viso II M mount is your shooting 
with an M2, M3, M4, early M6(?), or MP and a Viso III if your 
shooting M6ttl, M7(?), or digital M.  I'll recommend a 1st version 
Elmarit 90/2.8 as a nice Viso lens for a good price.
