The mechanics is quite simple. If you see a red link, there is no page 
behind it. If you click on that red link, you will end up at a blank page 
which you can write whatever you like (assuming you have logged in). On 
existing pages, you can edit the whole page or just a section just by 
clicking on the nearest 'editing' link.

The actual stylesheet for the pages are fixed, you don't have to worry about 
it. All you have to do is add our text with a bit of markup. I find this 
sheet to be very helpful.
