Thanks to Brian for hosting the wiki on a much faster server than my very 
slow box. :)

As before, you can visit anonymously by going to the above URL but if you 
wish to contribute, you will need to create an account. A confirmation email 
will be sent to the email address you give for your account. You need to 
click on the URL inside the confirmation email.

A wiki is as useful as you folks want it to be.

Complaints and grumbles should be directed in my direction and I will do my 
best to resolve.
