Subject: [Leica] roger ebert just posted one of my photos on his blog

I didn't mean to suggest that he used cancer as an excuse to steal a 
picture. Suing someone is something that one can do, not must do. I doubt 
that Ebert is making any money from Kyle's picture. Joe DiMaggio wanted to 
sue Simon and Garfunkle for using his name in "Mrs. Robinson", and Ray 
Bradbury wanted to sue Michael Moore for using the word "Farenheit" in the 
movie name "Farenheit 911". I think one needs to pick one's battles and not 
everyone needs to be sued.
