Frank, chill out. It is no big deal. I live in one of driest and dustiest 
places in Europe and I only have to clean the sensor perhaps once every 3 
months and even then I use no liquids, just a micro vacuum cleaner.

You just have to be reasonably careful: turn off the camera before changing 
lenses (the theory here is that if the camera is on, there is a static 
charge on the sensor which attracts dust--maybe an urban legend but makes 
intuitive sense); point the camera downwards when changing lenses; do not 
change lenses if you are on the beach in one the windy day. And so on. It 
really is not complicated.
