The Summarit line is great, it is real Leica, a marriage of Leica excellence with modern manufacturing, resulting in a democratic price point. I have the 35mm and the 75mm and both are great, especially the 75mm which I think is the sharpest Leica lens I own (and I have a 35mm Summicron ASPH, too). Try before you speak.
