[Leica] Leaving the fold!

It's a sad day when Ted Grant leaves the fold. I shall miss the very  
frank comments that Ted is famous for. It was always a badge of honor  
to get an atta boy from Ted and a learning experience when the  
comment wasn't so complementary. You will be missed.
