You need to work on your mathematics :-) APS is -less- than half-frame, but 4/3 is bigger than quarter frame because it has a different aspect ratio. 4/3 is much more than half of APS. Cropped frame Canon is about 1/2.56 frame, or 0.39 of a 35mm frame (much less than half) Cropped frame Nikon is about 1/2.25 frame, or 0.44 of a 35mm frame (a fair bit less than half) 4/3 is about 1/3.5 frame, or 0.28 of a frame, pretty small but not much smaller than a Canon "APS" sensor.
