Hi Leo,

I've enjoyed your text, you talk about Favas, I suppose this is the  
Spanish Habas, Catalan Faves, I think also the same in French and in  
Asturias, a beautiful region on the North of Spain, there is a famous  
dish "Fabada Asturiana"
