Also, I think a competition undermines the whole spirit of the book which is open to all group members. As far as the cover goes, personally I'd be happy to see a shot of any vintage Leica in any condition from prestine to "user" as the cover shot each year. Perhaps members who would like to do so could include a shot of (one of) their Leica(s) along with their submission of two photos for the book. Jim could then pick whatever one strikes his fancy for the cover. I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my copy.
