Don't take it so hard Geoff, it was only a comment, not an indictment.  Like
everything else, we do get to have an opinion, and we get to express them.
It's just that Jim is the editor, and he gets to choose.    Unless he wants
to give up his dictatorship, then he can keep the artistic control of the
book.  His choice is quite fine with me.
