This past year I forced myself to go out shooting at least once a week, if not more often, scouring all the ads/boards/etc. for events that seemed promising. With that said, we're now at 95 participants for the 2009 yearbook--and more are coming in as I write this. A bit better than yesterday, but more are always welcome. I'm pleased to noted that we've had quite a few first-time participants step up this morning. The more you shoot, the better the odds of getting something worthwhile. Given we see so many of your photographs from what I'll call the "festival gatherings" of the world filled with ordinary folks. Some day, if you haven't already started? Do a book as a collection of all the wonderfeul moments you've captured in this type of environment.. Of course that is... "AFTER THE STROKE OF MIDNIGHT DEC. 31 - 09!" :-) and you've put the book to bed to BLURB! ;-) Entry numbers up? But this photo is very very interesting because it makes you stop and look at all the stuff in there and going on. Good on you! A nicely captured moment. cheers, ted _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
