Ken,

I just went back and looked at the last scans I got from Wal-Mart's lab, and 
they were scanned at 300ppi.  It does make a difference.  However, some of 
the early, low-light photos that Walgreen processed had been exposed for 
almost two years before I had them processed.  This could possibly explain 
why they were not as good as the ones I exposed in the last week.
