His book in the list of best photographic books of the year in 'The
Telegraph' of London.

Bhopal is where I grew up, did my schooling and undergraduation, so
this struck very close to home, though I had left the city in 1972.
Coincidentally, on the very day of the disaster, I had gone for dinner
to one of my uncle's houses in Mumbai, who just happened to be the
Director (Finance) of Union Carbide India at that time. He came back
very late and switched on the TV, and my mother & I watched what had
happened in a state of shock.
